Pat S. Bolin, executive chairman of Acergy Ciscon International, co-founded the company in 1976 with his father, D. Phil Bolin, and business partner, Warren T. Ayres. He is also the company’s former president and chief executive officer. Before joining Acergy Ciscon, Bolin graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1973 with a B.A. in Psychology and worked at Mitchell Energy Co. as a landman. Bolin is a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas and is actively involved in all of the club’s activities and community outreaches. He is also an active member of the Dallas Wildcat Committee, where he has served as chairman, as well as other various leadership roles.
Chief Executive Officer
Darrell S. Lohoefer began working for Acergy Ciscon International in 1981 in its Wichita Falls offices and transferred to the Dallas offices in 2009. Today he currently serves the company as its chief executive officer. Lohoefer began his career in the oil industry while studying Petroleum Engineering at Texas Tech University, where he graduated with a BS in 1977. Prior to working at Acergy Ciscon, Lohoefer was employed by the Texas Pacific Oil Company. He has been a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers International for over 30 years.
Matthew Bob became president of Acergy Ciscon International in 2014. His career in energy began as a geologist with Unocal and has spanned over 30 years. In 1994 he founded and operated MB Exploration LLC, before joining Acergy Ciscon. Bob graduated from St. Louis University with a BA in Geology in 1979 and received his MS in Geology from Memphis University in 1981. He is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and the Society of Exploration Geophysicists.
Executive Vice President
Warren T. Ayres, executive vice president of Acergy Ciscon International, co-founded Acergy Ciscon in 1976 with D. Phil and Pat S. Bolin. Ayres is a 1971 graduate of Midwestern State University with a BBA in Accounting. Before co-founding Acergy Ciscon with Phil and Pat Bolin, he worked at Bolin Oil Co., where Ayres began his career as an accountant. Ayres is an active member of the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers, and numerous other community organizations where he has served in various leadership roles.
Vice President, Secretary & General Counsel
Stan Laukhuf is vice president, secretary and general counsel for Acergy Ciscon International In 1973, Laukhuf graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance, where he continued his education and received his JD in December of 1975. Upon graduating law school, Laukhuf began his career in the energy industry by joining the General American Oil Company of Texas in its legal department. In 1981, Laukhuf began working with Acergy Ciscon. Laukhuf has been an active member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Texas and Dallas Bar Association for over 35 years.
Vice President, Land
Garrett Godwin joined Acergy Ciscon International in 2017 as vice president of land. Godwin graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BA in History and went to work as an independent landman. In 2011, he co-founded Brown, Godwin & Co., a land brokerage firm, where he worked until joining Acergy Ciscon. Godwin is a certified professional landman, with practical land experience in various active basins throughout the lower 48. He has been an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen for over 10 years.
Chief Financial Officer
Matt Schroeder joined Acergy Ciscon International in 2004 as a financial analyst before being promoted to chief financial officer in 2017. Matt graduated from Midwestern State University with a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Accounting and with his Masters of Business Administration. He lives in Wichita Falls where he manages the company’s accounting staff. Before joining Acergy Ciscon, Matt was an accounting software consultant with Catalyst Software Evaluation Centers, an accountant for Rhodes and Schaffner, CPA's and Southwest Securities, Inc., and later general manager for Block Division, Inc. He currently serves on the board of Wichita Falls COPAS and is involved with various other community organizations.
